A variety of waste
GIDARA Energy’s HTW® technology is versatile, capable of processing a broad spectrum of feedstocks, far beyond just municipal solid waste. This includes challenging materials such as non-recyclable plastics, which often end up in landfills, and construction waste, which typically includes a mix of debris from building and demolition activities. It demonstrates a robust solution for various types of waste that are otherwise difficult to repurpose.
A new destination
Hard to recycle waste streams are today incinerated or landfilled. By using these feedstocks to produce fuels and chemicals the energy and carbon from the waste can find a new destination.
Replacing fossil resources
When waste is utilized as feedstock for producing fuels and chemicals, it substitutes their fossil-based equivalents. This reduces the use of fossil resources and improves sustainability.
